Isaiah 12:2 – Surely God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid. The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and defense; he had become my salvation.
Isaiah 43:18-19 – Do not remember the former things, nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new things . . . I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.
Isaiah 40:31 – But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
Isaiah 25:4 – You have been a strength to the poor, a strength to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat; for the blast of the terrible ones is as a storm against the wall.
